about Me
As a board certified internist and palliative care specialist with over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing non-judgmental, compassionate, whole-person care, and to facilitate the relief of total (physical, emotional and spiritual) suffering. My goal is to help clients find joy and live their fullest most meaningful lives at any stage of life.
I completed my medical training and residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital; a fellowship in Palliative Care at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center; and have a certificate in palliative care studies from Harvard University. In addition to my private practice, I am a hospice physician, practice inpatient hospital medicine, and have a faculty appointment at Dartmouth University’s Geisel School of Medicine.
I received my certification as a ketamine/psychedelic facilitator after training with Mary Cosemano from Johns Hopkins University, through Fluence, and with the Boston Psychedelic Group in Cambridge, MA.
My experience as a personal coach and death doula allow me to safely hold space for clients to explore emotional and spiritual concerns. I draw nourishment from connection to nature, humans, and animals, and live in southern Vermont.
